Due to COVID-19, there will be no returns or exchanges until further notice.  

Most of your items encounter some very susceptible parts of the body. For hygienic purposes, all jewelry, accessories, hair, and nail sales are FINAL.  

We are not responsible for the following: Items damaged or lost in transit. Items damaged or lost in the buyer's possession.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, delays encountered while in the couriers possession or items delivered to the wrong address.
