SHIPPING INFO

At Charms or Whatever, we value each and every single customer. Our biggest priority is making sure the items you ordered get delivered to our customer(s) as soon as possible. Processing time is 3 - 4 business days. Holidays and Weekends are excluded from the processing time. We do not process on the weekends we only ship out items on the weekend.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Order received + Verification Time + Processing Time + Shipping Time

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 3-4 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, please note that it could take longer than expected due to invalid address or other issues.

DELIVERY

We are not responsible for the following:
Items damaged or lost in transit.
Items damaged or lost in the buyer's possession. We do our best to secure the item(s), but we are not responsible for those elements outside of the seller/buyers control.
